What we collect

The fair registration form collects the student's name, date of birth, city, phone number and email address, study preferences, academic background, budget range and, where the registrant is under 18, a parent or guardian's contact details. Technical data (referrer, UTM parameters, device type, user agent) is recorded alongside the registration.

Why we process it

To register you for Passion Edu Fair Yerevan, to match you with participating institutions, and — where you have consented — to send you information about education opportunities.

Who we share it with

Participating institutions you selected, where you gave sharing consent. Our automation and CRM systems are self-hosted infrastructure operated by Passion Education.
